TN-1541S Ultra Edition

The TN-1541S Ultra edition is a great midrange compound walking foot machine, ideal for that amazing top stitching on leather, vinyl and thick materials used in bag making. It’s also suitable for sewing such products as cargo handling belts, containers, automobile upholstery, covers, sails, tents, camping trailer covers, awnings, hand bags, etc. The TN-1541S has a large Horizontal rotary hook with large bobbin capacity, dual-tension mechanism, rectangular feeding motion that prevents the stitch gathering, and the alternative vertical movement mechanism prevents the irregular and consistent stitches. The TN-1541S machine is also equipped with Climbing Device, the standard TITAN feature which allows the user to simply dial in the walk height of the Walking Foot. This prevents the Walking Foot from snagging on thicker material.

Needle positioning: The 750W motor that comes with the TN-1541S Ultra allows the operator to set the needle to always stop down, thereby increasing productivity when turning corners. By a simple press on the heel of the pedal, the needle is brought to the highest position for removing the materials.

2 step Swing Down Roller Edge Guide: This allows the operator to follow the edge of the material with ease. It also comes with a straight edge guide that works on a multitude of materials.

Laser guide attachment: There is nothing straighter than a laser. This helps the operator ensure perfect stitching by following the laser alignment tool.

Additional strip LED needle lighting: The TN-1541S Ultra comes with needle lights as well as the TN-30G LED light system.
